How It Works…

Step 1 - Schedule

After your manager/coach has sent an enquiry via the 'Step 1' button on the home page, we will diarise a day and time for a team photo shoot. Your manager will forward you an email, informing you of when your shoot day has been scheduled.

Step 2 - Player details

After a photo shoot has been booked, you will receive an email, prompting you to please fill in some details about your child and their sport which will appear on their final products.  This is also where you will be able to decide which details you/your child would like on their trading cards.

Step 3 - Photo Day

You will receive a reminder email 2 days before your photo shoot. Please send your child in their full sporting uniform and ready to take some pro photos.  We ask that all teams arrive 15 mins before their allotted time to ensure a smooth schedule.

Step 4 - Digital Ordering

You may order your child’s merchandise at any time through the PRODUCTS tab on this website using your SHOOTKEY code (found in email), however to ensure they arrive at the same time as the rest of your club, please order before your photo shoot.

Step 5 - Delivery

All products will be delivered to your sporting club and distributed by your team’s coach or manager.  Please allow up to 6 weeks for production, printing and packaging. You will receive an email when your products have been delivered.

Step 6 - Enjoy

Delight in your new products and share those trading cards around with grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, team mates, neighbours and cousins!
